Analysis

Before making an offer, your enquiry passes through all areas of our planning, the result of which is a professional and detailed feasibility analysis. The result of the analysis is the basis for a consultation in order to present you with a quotation that is tailored to your requirements.

Quotation

On the basis of the analysis and the coordination meeting, we prepare a non-binding, transparent and detailed quotation for you, with exact scheduling and cost planning.

Planning

Our project managers draw up the project schedules, plan and organise your relocations in close cooperation with our team of mechanical engineers, process technicians, design engineers, construction supervisors and fitters. Our internal resources guarantee you a complete preparation.

Measurement

In order to ensure 100% exact disassembly and reassembly, we measure your plant using the latest generation of measurement technology. If necessary, the employment of 3D laser scanning technology is also ensured. All relevant interfaces are defined, marked und documented.

Insurance

If the worst comes to the worst, our insurance package covers transport, the assembly and general liability claims.

Mechanical and electrical disassembly

In combination with our local partners, our internationally experienced, flexible and qualified teams of construction supervisors, engineers and fitters guarantee you on-time and safe disassembly without influencing your production process.

Packing

Safe packing in accordance to your needs guarantees you the optimum protection of your constructions. In selecting the type of packaging, factors such as climatic zones, duration of transport, mode of transport, condition of the equipment and environmental compatibility of the packaging are taken into account.

Transport

Our great experience and care, as well as a network of professional partners guarantee you professional loading and fast, safe transport on time – worldwide. We assist you with customs clearance and the procurement of all necessary documents.

Unloading & unpacking

Our teams are at hand worldwide in order to unload and unpack your machinery quickly and safely.

Re-assembly

Thanks to the precise measurement and the high professionalism and experience of our team, we install your machinery on time and adapt it to the new production location.

Integration

During reassembly we integrate your constructions into your operational processes, including ventilation systems and electrical installations. Our process engineers and technicians are optionally at your disposal for re-planning and process optimisation.

Commissioning & start-up support

Following the conclusion of the assembly work and the machinery of the electrical and mechanical systems, the new plant is checked thoroughly by our engineers and assembly teams and put into operation. After successful commissioning we are only too pleased to support you in the validation of the plant and the training of your employees. If necessary we also support you during the production.

Documentation

The complete and structured documentation of each project gives you additional security and allows you to reconstruct every one of our actions. We additionally offer the service of a 3D as-built survey, in order to complete your works documentation.
